Worst company ever! A/c went out 4 days after installing. They won’t replace the unit and it’s been 3 weeks. Had to pay someone to install a whole new unit! This place is a joke!
Bob went out of his way to drive 2+ hours to fix my system. Very happy!!
This company is terrible. We unfortunately had to use them for our heating and A/c unit and install for our manufactured home. 2 years and SEVERAL visits later from multiple hvac companies and our unit is constantly breaking. Our house is 85 degrees with two small children and every time we call we just get a “sorry nothing we can do”. We only Purchased our home TWO YEARS AGO. and have had to pay out of pocket for multiple repairs on the unit of the course of two years!!!
I was really upset with this company today. My heater went out with my 6 month old baby at home. It was 4 degrees outside so I had no choice but to call a tech to come out to reslove the issue. The guy admitted to me that when they installed my unit (a year ago) they didn't connect the wires all the way so that's why my heater didn't properly work and since we didn't have a bad winter last year it wasn't an issue until this winter. If I could give 0 stars I would. I was forced to go with this company since my manufactured home company had contracted with them. They sat it 6 feet away from my house, they didn't wrap the copper with any protection and 3 years later, they tell me that the condensor has a leak in it. However, the condensor supposively has a 10 year warranty but they are not fixing it. they gave me am offer of replacing the coild for 2500 or buying a new condensor for 3000.
