great video store is almost back yeah well the good news is that they are hoping to reopen on july 1, 2010 they relocated right next to the tire shop not sure if its a discount tire company. where the old music trader used to be on midway before you hit yum yum donuts which is no longer there also. great movie selection, old classics great sales, and if they dont have they can get it, it takes about a week or two. very happy everytime i go.
Bring it back ! This WAS a great place, cheap movies, huge selection. I'm curious when are they going to rebuild? That fire was a while ago but the building hasn't even been knocked down yet. .. Cmon guys.
HUGE SELECTION Blowout video is way better than the other guys even if you keep it longer, it is still cheaper. All the top hits all the time. Very best of both worlds. Check it out and see for yourself.
A good alternative Blowout Video is a good alternative to the large video rental chains. They have a ton of independent, and classic movies. A drawback is half of their business comes from their adult section, so there are some shady characters lurking about. Usually once a month they have their used video sidewalk sale and they have DVDs for around $5. Their regular rental prices are cheaper than Blockbuster but they are only per a single night.
