Blown Away Blow Dry Bar was absolutely amazing! There was a small hiccup with my reservation...I called a week ahead of time and the girl on the phone said my reservation was all set. I must have called at a busy time because when I didn't hear from them to confirm the day before I was worried, so I called them back and they said I didn't have a reservation. Hello! I've been to Blown Away a handful of times now and on average they are a 5! I I've never really had a bad experience. I would like to give Hannah and shout out as she did an awesome job on my Halloween makeup Saturday and she also was so sweet and nice. Make sure you visit her for any of your makeup needs!
Horrible customer service. Will never go back. Made an appointment a month ago for my friend and myself. As a busy mother if 4 under 4 I was looking forward to pampering and a night out. When I arrived I got mixed messages as to why my friend and I no longer had an appointment. In the end the staff told me I called and cancelled my own appointments.
