The girl at the front desk is rude. I go everyday Monday for the 20.00 blow out, get the same thing done every time , I was all done and going to work so asked to just put my hair in a rubberband( which I would have done myself but didn’t want to mess up what the girl did) I actually went in the bathroom and redid I️t... wanted to charge me 45.00 instead of the 20.00. Definitely ready to cancel my membership, could have been handled better for sure! Definitely disappointed!
We were late and had our children with us (prepping for mommy daughter photos) and Elitza was an ANGEL about it. I expected rudeness and impatience. She was so kind and even offered this stressed mama a glass of wine :) I will def be back.

Friendly staff, fun atmosphere and have always loved the results after getting my hair done at Blown Away. Thanks for making me feel fabulous! Mikaela did a great job and gave me the beach wave look I was looking for for a wedding yesterday.
