Very bad service by the stylist. Did not do what was told. Did not use any heat protection before styling, did not style like what I told her and was giving attitude when I was giving her feedback. My first bad experience here. Very disappointed by this unprofessional service.
Love this place! Both Ambre and Alexis have done my hair and it's turned out great. Super professional and they use excellent products. Love going here anytime I want my hair styled for a special occasion bc it's so much better than trying myself!
