I called like at 4o'clock and got a really neat arrangement delivered to my sister, and a picture emailed to me! It was a really neat arrangement and my sister was thrilled. She had just had her daughter and BLOSSOMS send a free balloon to "Proud Big Sister" which really hit the spot! I will definitely be using BLOSSOMS again!
