We were highly interested in a Tri Pointe community in the west valley, but they didn’t have the model ready, so we came to Blossom Rock to look at the models. Berna was beyond helpful, patient, and answered all of our questions! We will definitely be pursuing with TriPointe Homes once the model is available! Thank you!!!
2 broken appliances, several more installed incorrectly. 2 electrical circuits that trip-off regularly under small load. Uneven tilework that cut an infant's foot. House was filthy with construction debris and tools on move-in day. Front yard granite required replenished after less than one year. That is just a taste of the two homes we purchased from tricky Tri Pointe.
