Dr. Zimmer and Dr. Bortz are both amazing doctors and that's why it's really disappointing to have to write this review. There front office is horrible managed. You never get a person to answer the phone and all voice messages are never returned. This has been going on for 2 years now and I was told that it was being fixed, but as of today, I've left 6 voice messages in the past week without any replies. It saddens me that I will need to leave my primary physician of 15 years to find another if this continues.
