We needed a medical note for my mom she's 95 years old. They gave us the note and then a week later I was charged 25.00! I never in my life have been charged for a one line nite. That's just pure greed. Taking advantage of people who all ready have problems. They should have told us they charge for a note that took all of 2 min to type. If they would have, I would not asked for the note Makes you feel like they want to drain you of every Penny. No other doctor anywhere has charged for a doctor's note that I know of.... read more
