They always return my phone calls quickly. I always know that I'll get a prompt answer to my question. I spend a little too much time in the waiting room. I've waited longer at other offices, but I was hoping to be seen sooner. Any wait was well worth it. I am happy I found this doctor. The office was very easy to locate. I didn't have any trouble finding it at all.
The office is located in a safe neighborhood. I was given a polite greeting when I walked in. I had to wait over 1 hour after I arrived for one of my recent appointments , and close to 2 hours the next time for the follow up. I was very disappointed no one in the office noticed my the long wait. I had to bring it up to their attention, and even then, I wasn't ablet to speed up the process.
