This place is a ridiculous rip off!!! I have never had a pedicure without a foot massage. They have two options 60.00 or 80.00. No menu, no description of what 60 dollars pays for and what 80 dollars pay for. 60.00 pays for then to cut your nails, and wash your heels and paint. No scrub, no mask, no parrifin, no massage. I was shocked! I said what does the 80.00 dollar one include? Answer- 5 min massage. For 20 more ??? I don’t mind paying 60.00 for a pedicure but it should include something !?! I booked the blossom gel pedicure. I got a text message the day before asking me to come in 30min earlier. I agreed. When I checked in with my friend, the lady looked up our reservation, and asked for our names, and said blossom gel pedicure for both? and we said, “yes”, confirming that is what we booked and they saw that on their end. When I got my pedicure with my friend mine was done faster and realized I didn’t get the wax and massage I paid for. I booked the Glam Go pedi and free manicure for their Monday deal, and I ended up paying more than I would have if I went to any other nail salon. I received a brief (less than 2min) massage with my pedicure, did not receive a mimosa like advertised, and ended up having to pay an extra $20 for gel for my pedicure. I opted no polish for my manicure cause that would have also been an extra cost. The massage chair was also making a loud noise and was very uncomfortable. Would not go back
