Worst experience I’ve had with a nail salon. My mom got a full set of acrylic nails, and they started lifting and falling off after just 5 days. By day 12, every single nail was gone. This is not normal for properly applied acrylics. When I went back to address the issue, I was told this was “normal” and that clients are expected to redo their nails every two weeks. Absolutely one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a nail salon! Blossom Nails & Spa completely ruined my nails. They were so bulky and misshapen they literally look like lumps sitting on top of my fingers. Nothing even close to the natural look I asked for. The thickness was outrageous, uneven, and honestly shocking that they would let a client walk out like this. Tina, the technician, was beyond unprofessional. Had my manicure done at Blossom Nail and Spa today, and I’m obsessed with the results! The staff were incredibly friendly and professional, and the whole experience felt so refreshing. The tools were sanitized properly, and the space was spotless — something I really appreciate. My technician helped me choose the perfect color and made my nails look absolutely flawless. This is definitely my new favorite place for self-care days!
