I got my nails done two days before my wedding and had a horrible experience. I came here for my prom nails over 10 years ago and have been a loyal customer until the last time. I showed the guy what I wanted which was coffin ombre french nails. The whole time he kept saying it'll look better when I would question why there were gaps and I would ask him to fix it. He also severely cut my fingers when filing it to coffin and said that my skin was just too sensitive even though my fingers were literally bleeding.
