I accidentally parked in the wrong parking spot and my car was towed within 3 hours. It was late, dark, and I was coming home after a long shift. After an insane $432 later, yes $432....I got my car back. There should be some leniency here. Like wait at least 24 hours or a warning. It was a complete accident. Its a terrible way to treat residents and visitors. Its just BAD business. I cannot help but think this is a complete scam and the complex is getting kickbacks from the towing company.
