Terrible experience — they basically refused to see me because I couldn’t get my x-rays sent over IMMEDIATELY from my prior dentist and I declined have a new set of complete x-rays (20+ x-rays total that insurance only covers every 3-5 years). They tried to tell me that they wouldn’t charge me if my insurance didn’t cover it but we all know that’s a total lie. They had me sit in the chair for 45 minutes waiting to get my x-rays and all I wanted was to get my teeth cleaned! Feels like a total scam just trying to run up insura... read more
