Blossom is dirty, the food mediocre, and the atmosphere dreary. Very depressing restaurant in a very depressing hotel.
It should be impossible to make fried chicken this bland. The only way a fried chicken sandwich with dressing and slaw is ruined is by overcooking. Yet this place manages to hit the texture and appearance just right while serving up zero flavor. If I had no tastebuds I could have been confused that this was a pretty good sandwich. Alas, I do.
