I really like this clinic. The reception staff are always polite and friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I especially recommend Dr. Winstad and Dr. Krylova. I also really appreciate the option to book appointments online. It’s very convenient because you can make an appointment at any time of day or night. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic!
The best part of dealing with Bloor Kids was getting to have Dr. Taylor Berr as my baby girl’s doctor. On our first visit she didn’t only treat my baby, she also helped me go through it emotionally, having delivered 72 hours prior and my baby was dehydrated! She is very empathetic, gives practical advice, patient, warm and at the same time honest with harsh truths. Me and my girl are super thankful to her.
Horrible experience. Visited with hope. Returned with resentment, unhappy and upset. Immature healthcare professionals calling themselves doctors. These healthcare providers are not worthy of being visited due to their behaviour. Cant comment more.
Very disappointed with our experience. The nurse administered my baby's vaccination very roughly, and my baby cried for almost 30 minutes afterward. What concerns me the most is that every appointment feels like the doctors and nurses are in a hurry. As parents, we naturally have questions about our baby's health, but whenever we ask something, we often don't receive clear answers or enough time to discuss our concerns.
