We cannot recommend Dr. Taylor Ber more highly. She is incredibly patient and kind, always taking the time to answer our many questions without ever making us feel like a burden. Our second son has not had a linear medical journey, and Dr. Ber has been remarkable throughout. She does her research, finds real solutions, takes the time to walk us through it and ensures we are connected with the right specialists. I’m very grateful for how understanding the clinic was when my children were unwell and unable to attend their appointment. It meant a lot that they waived the cancellation fee. Excellent and compassionate service.

After 7+ years with a neurologist who understood my daughter’s needs, this experience was incredibly frustrating and disappointing. We booked this appointment to address my daughter’s seizures, not her disability, which has been a long-standing diagnosis supported by multiple professionals over many years including doctors from Sick Kids who follows her. If you’re there on time or earlier they make you wait an hour before you can see the doctor for a less than 5 minute visit, but if you’re late by more than 15 minutes they will charge you. This isn’t great for newborns to wait that long as it disrupts their cycle. They need a better system to stay on time.
