Dr. Nguyen Claire is extremely unprofessional. Her communication style is both rude and dismissive. In situation involving separated families, she fails to remain impartial, aligning heavily with the primary care parent and producing deeply biased reports. She does not prioritize the best interests or well-being of the child, nor does she offer child-focused treatment or recommendations. I strongly advise against taking your child to her, as her approach negatively impacts a child's development.
I really like this clinic. The reception staff are always polite and friendly, and the doctors are knowledgeable, professional, and pleasant. I especially recommend Dr. Winstad and Dr. Krylova. I also really appreciate the option to book appointments online. It’s very convenient because you can make an appointment at any time of day or night. Overall, I’ve had a very positive experience and would definitely recommend this clinic!
