I was with this clinic for a GP, originally based on the recommendation from a very helpful specialist. I received a notice that the clinic will be closed permanently after a few weeks in January 2025. The GP I go to is relocating and I will go there. The experience has always been considerate and well-informed. When my first GP took early retirement, she was replaced by a series of early career GPs who didn't stay long. I finally asked for one the regulars and I have no regrets.
Reception staff is incredibly rude, impatient, and condescending. They don't even try to help you or acknowledge your issues. Doctor is also condescending and always seems like you're inconveniencing her by being there. Will be going elsewhere in the future.
