Thank you for going above and beyond to get flowers delivered to my cousin!! I spoke with Kim on the phone to place my order (I live out of state) and she assured me that everything would be taken care of. She definitely did not disappoint and the arrangement was BEAUTIFUL!! So much is to be said about their customer service! We had ordered arrangements for an event from another company, and they turned out really bad. We were in a pinch and rushed to Bloomwoods to see if they could make some new arrangements (and it was right before they closed). Unfortunately, Bloomwoods had just used all their flowers for a wedding and didn’t have the color we were wanting.
