I followed protocol to call in before arriving, when the receptionist answered the phone she was rude and told me to make an appointment elsewhere (my primary, but since it was last minute, I figured that I'd just go to Bloomsdale instead) or go to the clinic in Ste. Genevieve, which is an extra 20 minute drive for me. Never in my life have I been told to drive to a different clinic, especially when I'm in pain and need to have my knee looked at. so now I'm forced to drive 40 minutes one way to go to a different clinic. everyone who works there is very friendly and always very nice to you they're very helpful they answer any questions that you asked I would recommend this place to anyone that needs a pain management doctor or a lady's doctor it's a good place to go to
Quick, friendly & knowledgeable staff. Walk ins welcome and sat. & sun. hours! Our family prefers this place to keeping a primary doctor. It's quicker and easier.
My family and I have been going to the bloomsdale clinic for some time now. I work in perryville and my husband is a truck driver. So its been very convenient to make appointments for us and our childen, when other offices would've been closed. We have had a couple of serious situations that were handled with the utmost importance by the physician. Nurse Practitioner Shawn Geile.
