The entire staff is amazing and you can tell how much they all care about animals. I always feel like my dogs get the best care possible in a comfortable environment. They have long hours almost every day and have always been willing to try to squeeze me in if there's an emergency. When I lost my last dog to cancer, they were beyond respectful and kind, and even sent a condolence card in the mail a few days later which really meant a lot to me. From the first encounter on the phone, the staff at BVH were friendly and accommodating. Even though Zoey was not a patient of theirs, they were able to squeeze her into the schedule within 2 hours and the wait was minimal upon our arrival. The vet tech and veterinarian both were friendly, patient, informative and we noticed that our overly vet anxious gentle giant was not as worked up as usual. The costs were not unreasonable and we are beyond satisfied with our experience.

We had an emergency with our 16 yr old cat. Since it was a Saturday, the numerous veterinarians that I called were either booked solid or closed. A friend told me about BVH. I never knew there was a veterinarian hospital in Bloomsburg. I called and they said I could bring my cat in. It was a 40 minute drive with a very sick pet. We were greeted warmly when we arrived. The staff is amazing, so helpful and friendly. I love that they have non-traditional hours to accommodate those who work until 5 pm or later
