We used to always love going to Bloomsburg Veterinary Hospital but over the last few years they’ve gotten very money hungry. I know veterinary medicine isn’t cheap and you have to pay your employee’s. I was recently told I needed to pay for an appointment for them to fill out the lifetime license paperwork that they forgot to fill out on the day he was microchipped. I’m not one to complain. But this seems wrong. Very disappointed.

I have to tell everyone the nurses and doctors in this hospital are down right awesome!!!! They took great care and love for my Oscar on his surgery yesterday... they were there to ease my anxiety over my baby boys procedure. Im so glad to have them for my baby boys care!!! Thank you all!!!! Oscar is doing so well and I know it’s because of all you making him comfortable yesterday!!!!!
The very first time we were here was with YZ, and the vet we had was Dr. Kraft.....she was wonderful!!! When YZ passed she personally sent us a sympathy card, that touched me deeply!! When we acquired Eve, she was the first one to examine her and even mentioned YZ to us, and said any animal would be lucky to have you!! All the staff there are amazing, they make you feel like family and actually pay attention to the animal and our questions. If you need anything for your pet, I highly recommend BVH!!!
I would like to recognize my BVH family for taking amazing care of my dog when he swallowed a clothespin while I was away on vacation! Dr. Lehman and team were superb and my CCS cohorts kept my spirits up during this stressful time. Special thanks to Tammy also! Bloom Vet is the best! 💗🐕
I called Bloomsburg veterinary Hospital when my puppy was having vomiting and diarrhea and would yelp when I picked him up. They couldn’t see him so they sent me to Watsontown ER. Watsontown ER took seven hours of my time and did nothing for my puppy. It cost me $900 which was pretty much all the money that I had until I get paid again in a week. So I called Bloomsburg veterinary Hospital to ask if they would see him because he’s still sick, he hasn’t pooped in four days and he won’t bark for some reason. He also won’t drink... read more
We took our dog Wriggley there because she was throwing up blood. They were extremely kind and kept us updated about her condition. We will be furever grateful for such wonderful care. Took my dog to be examined, he was 14 years old with many health issues. I knew it was time to put him down and they were so compassionate. Vet was so kind and the girl that waited on us with the cute pigtails was also so gentle and kind. I would recommend them highly.
Bloom Vet is amazing! From the check in process all the way to checkout I was so happy. They treated my cat Lily like she was actually family (which she is) and gave her the medicine she needed to get healthy. She had an infection from a spay from a different vet who sent me away and said she was fine and for the last 24 hours wouldn’t move, eat or do anything.
