I am from out of town. My sister in law passed away and we were ordering 2 dozen single stem roses. No vase or arrangement needed. Sounds easy enough, right. We arrive to the doors locked and two moms with kids waiting. The door opens to a lady handing me a vase with roses. I simply asked if it were 2 dozen and I did not need a vase.
