My husband ordered a 'just because' arrangement for me. When it arrived, he asked me to answer the door. I was pleasantly surprised at first. The woman that delivered the flowers was so unpleasant, she shoved them at me and left without a word. I noticed that the vase was very dusty and the water was dirty... at least two days old from the look of it. Several flowers were drooping or had broken stems. I was phoned and given attitude when flowers were being delivered to recipient. When I ordered I assumed the order was going to be delivered the same day due to "open" being noted on their website link, not 48-hours later (granted I ordered on a Saturday morning). Flower arrangement was pretty but not exactly as seen online (substantially less height arrangement wise; i.e. no height at all). I suggest calling the seller to place an order. And we paid extra for the deluxe flowers.
Blossoms and Blooms is our go to for floral delivery, centerpieces, or a treat yourself kind of day! Their items are beautiful, the quality of their flowers are unmatched, and the customer service is top notch. In addition to beautiful floral arrangements, they go above and beyond for our community.
