Mary Alice is the most compassionate and thorough vet I've ever met. Only works on Mondays and Tuesdays, however!
Offcie staff unhelpful and insensitive Since I am fostering a cat for a person who is cash-strapped, I wanted to get an estimate of cost for care for an ear infection. The cat is in constant discomfort and it is clearly not a case of ear mites. I explained the situation to the office staff person, who identified herself as "Michelle". She told me the cost of the office visit, that stated that she couldn't tell me anything about the cost of medicine. Bad Experience – I waited nearly a year to write this review and I waited until I spoke to the vet - a woman - about my dissatisfaction, but I had a bad experience, and I feel other pet owners should be aware. I brought in a dog w/ a history of gum infections with inflamed gums, thinking I needed antibiotics, but I also wanted a thumbs up that it's not something worse (another dog of mine had cancer the year prior).
