Great job! The tech was excellent in handling all the business aspects of the job and helping us to pick out tiles and accessories that would compliment the vision we had for our home. We got great deals and we never felt that RJK was profiting unfairly from us. He has an eye for detail and his constant desire to make us happy was what really impressed us. Any concerns we ever voiced were addressed and taken care of, even after the job was complete. This type of care for one's clients makes RJK stand out from the rest.
