Paid off a balance over 3 grand all the way down to 150 and they refused to serve. Great work but highly expensive compared to others.
My son had accident on his bicycle last night and ended up in the ER, we called this morning to his regular dentist and was not able to get him in, we were sent to Dr. Baker by my son's regular office and they got us in right away. What can I say, the staff was amazing and Dr. Baker was fantastic. They called our orthodontist and got us in immediately over at his office and scheduled us for appointment with a endodontist to follow up with tomorrow. Bloomington Modern Dentistry just earned some new patients today.
This practice is so incredibly efficient and remains a happy, laid-back atmosphere so it's the perfect balance in my book!
Dr. Baker and the entire staff at Bloomington Modern Dentistry are awesome. They are courteous and professional and never make you feel rushed. They take time to answer all of your questions. Highly recommend.
I called on a Friday afternoon with tooth pain, they got me in before anyone else would and we're so very helpful and so friendly. Dr.Baker was awesome and took care of the tooth, and even called later that night to check and make sure I was not having any more problems. Staff was amazing. The whole place was a class act. I will return with my whole family. This is the way customer service should be.
