Just had my third experience with this shop yesterday in previous experiences we've always worked with Caryn who is awesome and patient and so helpful. Yesterday I was in with my new mentor from Mclean County Wheelers to be fitted for a bike as a recipient of the Bikes Change Lives program. I probably haven't ridden a bicycle in 20 years but Joey made me feel comfortable and explained my options to me. Purchased a bike today; salesman Eric. I hadn't rode a bike since 2003. Eric was courteous and asked me questions to pin-point the right bike for me. Eric went the extra mile by helping me get my new bike in my car & informed me of lady bike rides! I am happy with the service & my purchase! * Changed my review. Management knows why, they got my letter last month. I don't need to explain.
