The second I walked in I felt at home. Knowledgeable and friendly staff make you feel welcome right away. Wish this shop was near my home in Philly.
Just purchased a Felt AR5, it's a sweet ride. I have able to test it thoroughly before committing to buy. The staff - Mike, Eric, Caryn and Scott - were all helpful and discussed the pros and cons of purchasing a tri-specific bike. This Felt meets all the needs well. We're lucky to have several LBSs in this town. In my opinion, this one tops the list.
Due to the non brake tune up I paid for and didn't get. I also was treated as if I was trying to jack them for something. My bike will never go back to this shop ever again!
