I am A NOVICE Rider, to say the least. The staff were all so informative and genuinely respectful. They didn't make me feel clueless and stupid, which I was! To top it off I got outfitted with a fabulous bike and accessories.

I want to thank Scott and the rest of the folks at Bloomington Cycle. I bought my TT/tri bike there. The fitting was awesome and the staff are really knowledgeable. Sadly, that TT/tri bike was stolen (covered by insurance) which I replaced. I went back for a fit since these guys had my bike measurements and I was able to get back to training for my Tri's in no time. Without question, this is the best bike shop in central IL. Super knowledgeable, super friendly, and super helpful.
The service was great! Alex Conklin helped me with my purchase and he knew the products very well.
