Three consecutive months I have called for refills to my pharmacy on a Monday, and by Friday there has been no response from this clinic. I went to a scheduled appointment on Tuesday this week and was turned away because, I was told, my provider was out this week, and they stated they had called to inform me that my appointment was cancelled and had been unable to reach me.
