I inquired about a vehicle. They said they would email a few additional photos but never did. See the sales person email below when I followed up. Many sales are virtual in today’s day. I would not recommend telling someone that they are not as important as someone else. It is unprofessional and rude. Bloomington Acura repaired my engine, but a third-party mechanic found the radiator wasn’t filled properly causing the radiator to fail costing me $900 to fix it. I’ve since I traded in my Acura and purchased a newer Lexus from Lexus of Wayzata, where the service was excellent and complete. I was going to be a lifetime Acura owner. Thanks to Bloomington Acura for steering me toward a superior product and dealership at Lexus.
UPDATE: In reply to their response, their reasoning was “the previous owner wants to keep their plates”—despite it being on the car. Overall shady with excuses. I had a disappointing experience with Bloomington Subaru/Acura. From the start, I felt they were dishonest. They told me the vehicle needed new plates because the previous owner wanted them, but in Minnesota, plates stay with the vehicle, so that was a red flag and made me feel uneasy, like they weren’t fully knowledgeable. The sales person was very kind and helpful. He let me see the cars I was interested in and I got to test drive both vehicles to weigh the pros and cons. I didn’t feel like I was being pressured into purchasing or rushed. Between the two cars, one was newer but had more mileage and some chips and dings in the exterior car.
