RecommendedI always have a wonderful experience when shopping at this location, however today I placed an order for pickup, which is what I normally do, at around 10am. Fab shop all staff very friendly and welcoming.
So you spend close to half hour trying to find your signature Tom Ford fragrance - TF Oud Fleur. You asked that it be delivered as it's out of stock in store, your office is only a few blocks. A week goes by no delivery, you call the store, 8 calls later still no operator can connect you to the Tom Ford mens. There is no manager that can be reached by telephone you are told, "Would you like to:call back later". the store is shabby in parts and was filthy dirty . we went to see the snow globes and other holiday displays and was disappointed , we only found two and one was broken no one knew where the gingerbread house was . the staff wasn't very helpful. honestly if I had the money to shop there i probably wouldn't because it has a run down feeling to it . the Windows were nicely done and we enjoyed them

This is an excellent store where I was treated with high dignity and respect. The employees are courteous and very attentive to the customer. I highly recommend this upscale store to everyone.
A full scale department store. One of my wife’s favorite places to shop in NYC.
Bought Givenchy gift set from assistant who stopped us in store. When we got back to hotel discovered that we had wrong perfume and it wasn’t what we believed we had bought. Flying home next day we didn’t have time to return to store. Have tried emailing customer service but so far no response. Poor show and just shows you need to double check what they’ve put in the big brown bag! Not impressed!
