We bought what we thought was a quality sofa from Bloomingdales 59th Street. A week after we received the sofa one of the tufted buttons came off and now some of the others are loose. We call and leave messages but no one returns our call

I went on chat with a stylist to ask if there was a price error for the Coach Crosby Driver's mocs in black b/cthe other coor was $30 less.On Macy's website it is apparently the same price. The stylist on chat sthe black is always more. SO DISAPPOINTING!!! I may just go to Bloomies to see try it on and then order them from Macy's.
