We had a new compressor installed in December 2024. Within a few months it started getting louder and louder until neighbors complained and my daughter’s bedroom which is adjacent to the unit couldn’t take the noise either. Called them and was told the new compressor needed to be replaced?? And we would be charged another $1,200 for labor?? We had already paid thousands on the original installation.
