It's a hit or miss...but the last 4 x was a miss. Some of the techs rush thru the service . They push for upgrades and last time I was there the girl demanded a tip before she even finished the service. Unbelievable.

I tried this salon for 5 months, gave it a fair try , noticed the poor rating and reviews and experienced much of issues. First , Emma is the only redeeming reason to come … however in my experience 2 times she was not there for my scheduled appt and had someone else fill in . One time she ended up coming in late with another issue . My Spa gel pedicure had me leaving with a bleeding toe ( took a month to heal) and horrible scrapped heel from aggressive filing . Worst pedicure I ever got. Entire pedicure took a whole 8 minutes and got nothing additional. Bare bones minimum.Cut the nails and cuticles and one hot stone for ten seconds. Then didn't give me my change back.Guess she assumed it was her tip until I had to ask for my change.

Don’t bother! Had an appointment at 10am and still had to wait… I’ll take my hard earned money somewhere else and that’s what I did. Walked out. I will not spend my money somewhere where the prices fluctuate. Their service are not good at all. If you want mediocre service, come here.
