Blooming Rose has very ******************** and Employees are very Rude and Unprofessional. Charged my credit card for services that wasn't rendered. And when inquiring about those charges Employees were Rude and Aggressive Argumentive and Never Apologizing for not Delivering on the Correct Date. I WILL ADVISE ANYONE Attempting to Use Their Services to Please Not Do So!!
Extremely disappointed with the attitude I received when I arrived to pick up an order I had placed over the phone. I was given much attitude over her misunderstanding that had nothing to do with me and then she had the nerve to tell me I was being rude. I will never again waste my precious time or money with a company that will treat it's customers that way.
I am very angry that I was over charge when I bought flowers for my mother funeral. I was not the only one that was over charged. My brother bought two large arrangements for over $400.00 but two small ones were delivered and she will not returned his money or given him the correct arrangements. I do not recommended this florist please don't buy from this lady .
I am very disappointed with the service i received from this florist. I went in placed an order for one dozen white roses to be delivered to a person at work. Well they delivered them but they were red and not white to my amazement. the reason i wanted white was because the person getting them does not like white due to the fact her ex husband use to cheat on her and would always send her red roses after doing so.Needless to say the person wasnt very happy with them because of the memory it brought back and didnt really enjo... read more
Wow, what great service, fortunately a local shop with real people (not the giant web industries that cannot guarantee delivery) that actually answer the phone, take your order and make great suggestions, and promise to deliver. They have me as a customer for life. Thank you Blooming Rose!!!
Brides beware....Do not use. Delivery person put flowers in freezer before my daughters wedding. Ruined flowers. Ordered a white wedding cake got a dry yellow cake. Ordered a quarter sheet grooms cake got a square 8inch. When we went in to confront them about it, totally lied about putting in the well marked freezer & offered no refined. My bride was hysterical before she walked down the aisle.
Very helpful and so nice these people really make you feel at home and the prices won't shock you. They have my business from now on.
