I ordered flowers, chocolates, and balloons for my fifth wedding anniversary. The total order was $182 and I paid with a credit card and received confirmation of the order and receipt. By noon of the day of delivery I started messaging the company and received no response and started to panic. A few hours later I started calling and no answer. I called several times with no answer. The funeral flowers were as expected but unfortunately our condolence card was not attached and the family reached out on Facebook to find out who sent them which should never have happened. Also had a issue with billing.
I had a very good experience shopping here. Customer service is great beautiful flowers and low prices. I highly recommend this flower shop.
