If it wasn’t the fact that I ordered 25 red roses For 150 dollars and only received 18 or the fact they told me I’d have to return the flowers and vase in order to get any refund it was the fact they have a neglected dog running around on the business floor growling at customers I ordered a week in a half in advance and was given no heads up when I went to go pick up my order and was handed the completely wrong bouquet because they “made due with what they had” but seriously let me stress again the matted and uncomfortable d... read more

I did not get my money's worth for my order at all and the customer service is terrible. I ordered a one hundred dollar succulent garden... What was sent had 1 succulent and 3 cactus and that's it. I also ordered a seventy five dollar orchid, It looked like the $20 dollar ones in the grocery store. Spending over $200 with delivery Neither were dressed in anyway, just plants in simple containers.. I called back same day to complain but the owner was out.
