Came in 15 minutes before closing and Arlene made the most beautiful arrangement and had a great chat.
Do not use this flower delivery service. They never delivered flowers on Valentine’s Day and then pretended like they did. They are supposed to be a florist and delivery service and then they try to shift the blame to their delivery partner and every time I contact them they keep pretending that they’re waiting for a response and then they lose all the communication communication that I’ve had between us. Excellent Service. I didn’t give Danny much time to put together a bouquet with a specific flower that he didn’t have in stock, but he was able to quickly source them from a supplier to make a beautiful arrangement. He was very accommodating in delivering the arrangement to our resort and my wife’s response was “It’s Perfect”. Danny was very patient with my multiple queries and instructions regarding the bouquet as well as the delivery. Thanks Danny. Here are your Five stars, well deserved.
Arlene and Danny are THE BEST in the area - dare I say the best in the business!! They feel like family already. Fantastic customer service, fabulous arrangements and timely delivery. They were happy to accommodate my last minute request in a pinch and offered to help setup upon delivery as well. I received so many compliments on the centerpieces. Choose them for all of your floral needs and you won’t regret it!!
