I was so disappointed at how my service went from start to finish. I asked the nail tech kindly to stop filing my skin. My nails were super soft and tender from soaking the previous set off. I have several cuts on my nails. The nail tech tells me several times he did not do this. I had nail extensions on prior so there is no way my nails were cut like this before I soaked them off at the physical salon... Mind you, I felt the file cutting my skin several times.
