I came as part of a bridal party. I was impressed that they honored our appointment time and were adequately staffed. This seems to be rare nowadays. I got a mani/pedi. Service was just ok. I did the basic pedicure and basic manicure. Service felt really rushed even though there weren’t many walkins. My nail tech had everything done in under 40 minutes (that’s pedi and mani). Just felt super rushed. I was the first one done in our party and one of the last to get started. Also, he only painted one coat on my fingernails. You... read more

I came in for a French pedi with gel. The woman who did my pedicure got up 3 times in the first 10 minutes I was there. The water was not hot midway through the pedicure because of the interruption. She didnt cut, shape/file my nails at all, didn't buff my feet, and only asked if I liked the color AFTER she put it on my feet. I said it was fine because at that point I wanted to be done. I come here often and while the manager seems to try to accommodate different (simple) styles. No designs other than ombré, cateye French, or chrome, it always seems like it's a big deal to even ask for such styles. Today in particular Ray T rushed through my manicure and I just settled for a color. They did try to accommodate based on a picture I showed. Still I always feel the need to apologize based on the attitude and whispering about my nails. I find that a bit unprofessional.

I wanted to like this place cause it’s so close to home but unfortunately it’s not great. None of the equipment used during my manicure and pedicure looked hygienic, it all came out of open bags and had old polish on it. My nails are uneven and have dents and debris cured into them. My pedicure is streaky but it was the best foot massage I’ve received. Waste of $90 imo. Bonus: Peanuts being eaten out and about (safe), bets on games being made and paid out of the cash drawer, and staff taking naps on chairs in front of client... read more
