We came to look at a few homes in this neighborhood since we’re building with Bloomfield and wanted to see different elevations of our floor plan. Unfortunately, our experience was awful. Sonia Phillips was incredibly rude and unhelpful from the start. Her customer service was terrible—she acted like it was a huge inconvenience for us to be there. My husband and I went in hoping to see the exact same spec and elevation of a home we’re actually building, but the experience was beyond disappointing. We are already building a home with this builder (in a different community) and simply wanted to look at a model that matched our floor plan and elevation to get inspiration.
