I wouldn't buy a house here if you want to have reliable HVAC. I've had nothing but issues with the company Bloomfield chose to use for installations and warranty repairs. They have no idea what they're doing and are not interested in making things right when they screw up.
We are showing homes to a client today at a new community in Kaufman. If you want quieter living with a small town feel, give us a call, text or email. You will love these homes and the prices are fantastic. This builder really cares what they put in their homes and I love all the custom touches.
