I was contacted by Hannah Westfall regarding a position. The process was confusing from the start — it required both a phone call and then a separate video call with her, which seemed unnecessary. Hannah mentioned she would send a calendar link to have a video call with her as the next step, but I never received any follow-up or update. I have to agree with the other recent reviews, this place is a joke. Unprofessional. Total waste of time. Most recruiters are but these people are just straight up incompetent. If you value your time stay clear.

Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this company. My experience felt like a complete waste of time, being constantly run around by recruiters. The entire situation was extremely unprofessional, and even after trying to address it with the owner, nothing has improved. I believe there are far more professional recruiting companies out there. This is not one of them.

My experience with Bloomfield was very disappointing. It felt as though my preferences and goals were not taken into account, and I was repeatedly presented with roles that did not align with what I had clearly communicated. My recruiter was unresponsive, often disappearing for long stretches of time without follow-up. Unfortunately, this left me feeling unsupported and frustrated throughout the process.

Unfortunately, my recruiter, Ariel, completely disappeared for months. Our initial screening was pleasant; she seemed engaged and excited. However, after she sent a few roles for which I provided feedback, she vanished. When I reached out two months later, it was clear that she was not going to offer assistance unless I interviewed for every single role she presented, even if they didn’t align with my career goals. I believe there are better recruiting agencies that demonstrate more professionalism.
