Super courteous staff, very clean waiting area, great service.
They kept me updated on the work and delivered the car on time and in perfect condition. I am highly satisfied with their service.
They did some extensive 100,000 mile maintenance on my 12 year old vehicle along with troubleshooting some other minor repairs and didn't have any hesitation when I asked for a needed extra preventative maintenance repair I was thinking of doing myself. This was all at a reasonable price, within a reasonable time frame and nothing was done without communication and my understanding what they were going to do. Take your vehicle there (period).
My car started smoking while I was far from my house, so I contacted the nearest mechanic. Luckily, Will was still there after the shop was listed as closed. He was able to check it out, diagnose the problem, and confirm that I would be safe to drive home. He also called to make sure nothing happened to me on the way home!
Courteous on arrival. Quick response. Full overview. Not pushy on recommended needs. Explained work prior to being performed and they performed every thing in a very timely manner.
