This place is amazing. I heard about it from a friend at work who lives here and she loves it as well. When I came to view an apartment Charity was so friendly and helpful. She answered all my questions. The apartment itself had me as soon as I walked thru the door. Everything has been completely redone. It is the nicest apartment I have seen in this area. It has a lot of space and everything I have been looking for. Needless to say Bloomfield is now my new home and I am telling anyone looking to check this place out.
The best of Trotwood I love living here. For the price you cannot find anything better in Trotwood. Maintenance is always quick to respond. I have not had any issues. The staff is friendly and always willing to help make your life easier.
Peaceful Living I love the community I live it. It is so quiet and peaceful. The surroundings are beautiful. I have great neighbors and the ladies in the office are always smiling and helpful. They treat you like you are family and not just another resident.
Spacious Apartment Bloomfield has been my home for nearly 1.5 years now and by far the best apartment I have lived in. The staff is awesome and has been helpful with all my needs. The area is quiet with a wooded view. Couldn't ask for a better experience so far. My apartment is very spacious and everything is new.

Very Pretty Place I rented this town home for several years. I love this place because the staff is always there and very reliable. In a matter of hours, any problems you have will be quickly and efficiently fixed. The maintenance workers are always friendly and good at their jobs. The management is very good about meeting our needs. This place is also one of the safest and cleaner properties in our area. Also, it is a very pretty place. :) Overall, this is a great place to live.
Pet Friendly Community I love it here!!! The management is great, so friendly, caring and helpful. I have only been here 5 months, but I think the management is the best I have seen yet. They have a full time maintenance man. He is very friendly, trustworthy and reliable. He comes very quickly if you need anything.
