Beautiful flowers, easy to place an order, and can personalize a message for the recipient. I had a great experience with Bloomex!
Second time same day delivery was not delivered on the same day. Both times order was in by 9am EST. They would not refund the charge for delivery- nor did they let me know it would not be delivered on the day of order/scheduled delivery. Do not use them if it’s important for same day delivery - you might not get to make your loved one smile. It will be delivered when there is now no point.
If I could rate 0 for bloomex I would! They are horrible, firstly they called me on the delivery date of my flowers that I ordered 2 weeks earlier to tell me they can't deliver that days because it is out of there area so they need to go with a partner and would be late the following day. Then it was sent and was very tiny and a wrong order. The shop they sent the order with said that's spoke on the phone and they said just do the minimum, no note or no number given to give us a heads up. Then it was left in sun for hours as... read more
