Waited for 40 min before assistant came and told me the Dr wouldn’t see my son unless I let them dilate his eyes! I don’t think so. We’ve been patients for years and have never had a problem until this year, the last time it was with my own glasses not being covered after I had already ordered and been waiting a week for them! Bad form and unprofessional. Unnecessary tx and unnecessary medication we will be finding a new Dr
Should have paid attention to the negative reviews. Attitude of technicians is deplorable. Hope I never have to go back for another adjustment.
I hate my glasses, my new prescription is wrong and they just kept telling me I would get used to it. Well several months later & my eyes don't focus right anymore and I'm worried it's going to be permanent. My insurance won't cover new glasses for a couple years so looks like I'll be saving up and going somewhere else next time.
So my girlfriend told me about this place she goes here... I needed somewhere cause we broke my daughters glasses I accidentally stepped on them.. so I go there yesterday afternoon. . And I was helped right away!! They were so compassionate and caring and when they looked up my insurance. . It would not cover a new pair of frames so I would have to pay which she could of got me a pair for 35 which is not bad at all but because my daughters eyes are so so bad and I don't get paid for days they gave me a pair of frames.!!!!
