I really enjoyed my experience at this practice. My therapist Ms. Johnson was always kind and a huge support in my progression and healing. I made an amazing decision when choosing this practice.
First therapy experience...it was fair. The therapy itself was great, the business standpoint not so great. I was put on the schedule without the therapist communicating with me and was charged for a full session. The excuse was it was in my consent form if I didn’t cancel within 24 hours, but again there was no communication at all between the therapist and I and I never confirm the appointment that was scheduled. It took about a week in order for me to receive only half of my refund. Won’t be going back.
